L'alta Direzione della Ideal Building Maintenance Soc. Coop. è consapevole dell'importanza di sviluppare un ambiente di lavoro socialmente responsabile e favorire una crescita professionale di tutti i dipendenti, estendendo questa volontà anche ai fornitori esterni.
L'azienda, infatti, non è un'entità a sé stante ma vive in un contesto sociale, pertanto ritiene opportuno e doveroso investire nel capitale umano, nell'ambiente e nei rapporti con tutte le altre parti interessate, certificando il proprio sistema organizzativo in SA 8000, favorendo una cultura del rispetto sociale che si possa applicare nella vita quotidiana e nei contesti extra aziendali.
La Norma SA 8000 costituisce il primo standard a livello internazionale con cui si garantisce il rispetto delle regole dell'etica del lavoro, ricusando lo sfruttamento, la discriminazione, l'iniqua retribuzione e l'insalubrità.
A tal fine la Ideal Building Maintenance Soc. Coop. si impegna formalmente a:
- uniformarsi ai requisiti della Norma SA 8000 ed alle leggi e convenzione ad essa correlate;
- controllare, nel tempo, il rispetto dei requisiti della norma di riferimento;
- sensibilizzare tutto il personale sui vari aspetti della responsabilità sociale, stimolandone la condivisione;
- coinvolgere gradualmente tutti i fornitori, nella visione etica dell'impresa, chiedendo loro di applicare per ciascun requisito nella norma i comportamenti minimi richiesti;
- assicurare un dialogo aperto e trasparente all'interno della struttura e con tutte le parti interessate al fine di recepire informazioni sulla reciproca soddisfazione ed il miglioramento continuo.
L'obiettivo ultimo, infatti, è rendersi promotori per stimolare un processo a catena di adeguamento agli standard della norma da parte dei fornitori, dei partners e dei clienti; influenzandone il comportamento e privilegiando coloro che dimostreranno sensibilità alla problematiche sociali.
Tale intento è diffuso a tutti i livelli e disponibile all'esterno.
